Raid Mode Is Back In Resident Evil: Revelations 2, But You’ll Have To Wait For Online Co-Op

Capcom have shared a few details on Raid Mode—the multiplayer run-and-gun side mode—in Resident Evil: Revelations 2. Raid Mode will come included in Episode 1 of the game (February 24th), which will have 54 Raid Mode missions.

Each subsequent episode will release more Raid Mode maps, and by the time Episode 4 is out, there will be over 200 increasingly difficult Raid Mod missions to play. The catch is that online multiplayer for Raid Mode will not be included until Episode 4.

Capcom say the team in charge of Raid Mode is still working on the online component, and that they plan on putting it out after the release of the final episode and the retail release of Resident Evil: Revelations 2. Until then, Raid Mode will only be playable solo or in split-screen.

Raid Mode will include 15 different characters to play as, and you can find out more about it over on Capcom’s blog.
