Maple Story 2 Launches In July, And You Can Create Your Characters Now

Maple Story 2 will go live on July 7th at 7:00 pm in South Korea, Nexon have announced. The game’s client can be downloaded via its official website.

 

If you’re interested in trying the game out, you can already download the client and begin creating your character. At launch, players will be capped at level 30. Sometime later in July, Nexon will increase the level cap to 40. You can watch the character creation process above, courtesy of Steparu.

 

Maple Story 2 is a game that allows for user-created content. You can see how this works in this previous report. Nexon have plans to release the game worldwide, but have not yet announce just when a Western launch will happen.
