8-Bit Mario And Animal Crossing Amiibo Figurines Leaked

Recommended Videos

Amiibo figurines for an 8-bit Mario and Animal Crossing characters are coming. The information was accidentally leaked by Nintendo of Europe’s Spanish division, which sent out a newsletter containing the image you see above. In fact, it’s still up on NOE’s server.

Nintendo have not yet officially announced these Amiibo figurines, although they did announce a number of Super Smash Bros.-related Amiibo today, including Ryu, Roy, Mewtwo, and Lucas. Additionally, they also announced a bunch of Mii Fighter figures.

With regard to the figurines depicted in the image above, it would make sense for the 8-bit Mario to launch alongside Mario Maker. As for the others… we’ll have to wait and see when they’ll be made available.
