Falcom announced that they are teaming up with Sony Interactive Entertainment to bring the entire Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series’ four titles on PS4 to China and South Korea.
Starting with The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel I: Kai –Thors Military Academy 1204-, the PS4 remaster of the first game with 60fps and 4K support, and the next entry The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II: Kai – The Erebonian Civil War-, both titles will be available in Traditional Chinese and Hangul on August 17, 2018.
The next two entries in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III and The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV –The End of Saga- were also confirmed for Traditional Chinese and Korean releases on PS4. More details including its release dates will be announced later. Falcom will be supervising the localizations for both languages.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel and The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II are available in the West for PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PC. Trails of Cold Steel III, Trails of Cold Steel IV, and the Kai remasters of the first two games have yet to be announced for the West.
