Sega have agreed to buy Company of Heroes developer, Relic, while Ubisoft are bidding upon THQ Montreal and their Southpark game.

It looks like this will be one of South Park’s “towns” since there is an armory with cardboard swords and stables with…umm… cats.

THQ will release a South Park game on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 next March, and it makes you a main character.
