The new Princess Maker game Child of Revelation left early access and got a major update with new endings, content additions, and quality of life adjustments upon the 1.0 patch release. Gear2 announced that it will not raise the price as planned, leaving it at $34.99 for the full version. A launch sale is in effect until October 14, 2026, further dropping the cost to $27.99. Future updates are planned for the title too.
As with past entries in the Princess Maker series, the new game involves raising a young girl to an adult. This means picking out her classes, sending her to work jobs, choosing her activities, sending her out on RPG-style expeditions, and encouraging certain relationships. Your choices affect her stats, which in turn determine which ending she gets. Both different careers and romantic pairings are possible.
The 1.0 Princess Maker: Child of Revelation patch added eight new job and four new couple endings for a total of 12 additional ones, as well as an unspecified number of new events that can be triggered as someone plays. The RPG portion of the game now also allows someone to encounter new events and use MP for special attacks in battle. All combat is rebalanced as part of this new update, and some item prices and stats changed.
Princess Maker: Child of Revelation is available on the PC via Steam and the new 1.0 patch is live. Its launch sale is in effect until October 14, 2026. Future patches will apparently focus on adding more events and endings.
