First, here’s the Departure Festival video. It features performances of songs from the game by the HoYo-Mix orchestra.

Next, claiming the gifts involves a bit of effort. The 10 free Star Rail Special Passes, which you could use on the current Seele or upcoming Jing Yuan limited banners, are available in people’s in-game inbox. Claiming them adds them to your inventory. To get the Pom-Pom’s Boarding Gift, you need to redeem the code “2T7BP4JVEBT7” in-game or via the official gift page. This gives you 2 Condensed Aethers, 3 Adventure Logs, 3 Cosmic Fried Rices, and 5,000 Credits. People can also visit the HoYoLab Boarding Party to post and be entered in random giveaways.
