Rising Star Games Cursing Europe With Ju-On

Rising Star Games has an announcement to make at London’s MCM Expo this weekend and sent out a video to tease it. The clip has starts with a scream and has staffers (?) running in terror while holding a Wii remote.

Hmm… a horror game for Wii and I’m certain we’ve seen that creepy face at the end before.  The pending announcement is an international version of Kyoufu Taikan Ju-On (loosely Feel Fear: Ju-On). Seeing Rising Star Games pick up Ju-On isn’t too strange either. The publisher is only a few degrees apart from AQ Interactive who is publishing the game for Japan. Rising Star Games is owned by Marvelous, that has a co-publishing agreement with Xseed which is owned by AQ Interactive. See?

I suppose we can count on an announcement from Xseed about a North American version of Ju-On then?

If you’re planning to go to the London Games Expo this weekend Rygar and Muramasa: The Demon Blade will be on display for attendees to play.
