Knights in the Nightmare developer Sting and Idea Factory are forming a new company called Super Sting in Japan. No, Idea Factory isn’t devouring the strategy RPG house. Both companies have an equal stake in Super Sting.

Super Sting already has their first title prepared and Famitsu says it is a fantasy simulation RPG. Super Sting’s game is slated for release in June. The title and platform(s?) have not been announced.
Sting also has a long running partnership with Index Corporation who published games like Gloria Union, Blaze Union, and Gungnir. Atlus is bringing Gungnir stateside in June.
