Konami made a few changes to Little King’s Story and we’re not just talking about the art style. New Little King’s Story has network features like ranking quests where players compete to clear a mission as fast as they can. Players receive titles depending on their times.
New Little King’s Story also has a social synthesis system where players can cooperative to create items. Players can vote for what items they want to create and adding more people shortens the wait time. This feature is optional since you can synthesize items on your own, it just takes a really long time.
The Vita version will also have downloadable content. Costumes like a school uniform set and a doctor set are slated for release after New Little King’s Story launches this week.
Speaking of doctors, New Little King’s Story has hospitals so injured characters can recover. That’s an interesting change because in the cuter Wii version, characters killed in battle would just die.
