Burdened by the sins of her family’s attempt to harness shadows, Mitsuru formed the Shadow Workers after the events in Persona 3. Akihiko and Aigis, her dorm mates and fellow persona users, joined the Shadow Workers, which works with the police to handle issues with shadows.
After graduating high school, Mitsuru tracks down a dangerous package which leads her to Inaba. There she meets other persona users and steps into the TV world. The "package" she’s looking for is Labyrs and when Mitsuru enters the Midnight Channel she finds there are two of them…
Akihiko has been traveling the world to hone his fighting skills. When he receives an emergency call from Mitsuru, he heads to Inaba enthusiastic to see if all of his training paid off. The first opponent he meets is a bear, which we all know is Teddie.
