Nippon Ichi’s Horror Game Series Will Spook Players On PS3 And Vita

While Nippon Ichi Software is best known for making strategy games like Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, they also have a Japan-only horror game series called Hayarigami where you use logic to solve supernatural cases. None of the games have been released in the West, but we met Kogure as a downloadable character in Disgaea 3. Shin Hayarigami is the first new game in the Hayarigami series since Hayarigami 3 was released for PSP in 2009. Dengeki PlayStation reports Shin Hayarigami will be released for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita on August 7. Reserve the game and you’ll get a two disc soundtrack with the best songs from the series.
