Tokyo Game Show 2014 is around the corner, and we’re expected to see more of Final Fantasy Explorers at the event. To remind us, the game’s official twitter account shared a look at the game’s controls as a sneak peek prior to the big event.

As far as controls go, they seem pretty basic, but there are a few interesting choices such as pressing the B button to bring up the item window or to cancel. Getting the choice of being able to lock onto a summon boss monster or a regular monster also sounds like it could be pretty handy down the road.

Final Fantasy Explorers will release in Japan on December 18, 2014 for Nintendo 3DS.
