Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition Makes Vergil, Lady, And Trish Playable

Recommended Videos

After Capcom announced Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition last year, we haven’t heard too much of it since, but this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine provides us with some more information, including some new modes that will be added to the game. [Thanks, Game Jouhou]

According to the magazine report, Dante’s twin brother Vergil will be a playable character as part of a new “Vergil Game” mode. There will also be a Lady/Trish Game mode, where you’ll get to take on all the missions that previously had you play as Nero or Dante.

Additionally, the Legendary Dark Knight bonus difficulty mode from the PC version of the game will be included in Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition.

Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition will release in Japan on June 18, 2015 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A PC release is slated for June 24th. Additional costumes for Lady and Trish will also be available for limited copies.
