Level-5’s Canceled PSP Horror Game Is Getting An Manga Adaptation

Recommended Videos

Prior to Yo-kai Watch, Level-5 had ideas for another spooky horror RPG, called Ushiro, except the PSP title was canceled back in 2008. Since then, they’ve turned it into a light novel, and more recently announced an manga adaptation, too. [Thanks, Game Jouhou]

While Kadokawa currently publishes the light novel series for Ushiro: The Displeased Death God, it’s been reported that Monthly Newtype’s official wesbite  will begin serializing the manga for Ushiro, based on the light novel series.

The Ushiro manga will be done by Shigure Aoba, and will be available starting May 15, 2015 on WebNewtype, and will go at a pace of one issue per month.
