Gothic Action-RPG BlackWitchcraft Is Heading To Your Console Or PC

Two-person Korean studio Quattro Gear is bringing its gothic action-RPG BlackWitchcraft to PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, and PC later this year.

 

Inspired by the works of Edgar Allen Poe, the game lets you play as one of three witches to progress through the game’s story. They each unique abilities, such as the black witch Ligeia shown off in the teaser above, whose weapon can transform from a hammer to a gatling gun.

As you progress you’ll also collect “materials” that can be used to develop new abilities, items, and familiars. You can equip to four familiars, each of which use different abilities (includeing attack, defense, recovery) when summoned. You can see the Legeia summon an attack familiar in the teaser, who arrives with a rocket launcher to help out.
