Neon Genesis Evangelion is 20-years-old this year and to celebrate the anime will be getting its own limited edition smartphone (thanks RocketNews).
You can sign-up to be one of the smartphone’s 30,000 supporters over on its Japanese website. Doing so gets you notifications on all the latest Evangelion smartphone news, plus you get an “official supporter’s certificate”, which also gets you a unique serial number. Being a supporter does not obligate you to purchase the Evangelion smartphone nor does it give you any type of priority when the phone is available to purchase.
