Dragon Quest XI And X Are In Development For Nintendo NX [update]

At the end of Square Enix’s new title presentation event, where we got a first look at Dragon Quest XI, they revealed that the game is headed to the Nintendo NX, along with Dragon Quest X.

 

Update:  During the livestream event, Square Enix mentioned that they plan on developing Dragon Quest XI for Nintendo NX, but Famitsu reports that  the development of Dragon Quest XI is currently “under consideration.”

 

Additionally, the MMORPG title Dragon Quest X will launch for PlayStation 4 in the near future. We still don’t have any details as far as the Nintendo NX version of Dragon Quest XI goes, but we’ll likely hear more about it once we learn more about Nintendo’s upcoming console.
