Following the latest details on Shin Megami Tensei IV: Final’s story and characters, Famitsu updates us with a first look at some screenshots of Atlus’ upcoming 3DS RPG.
Shin Megami Tensei IV: Final is a follow up title that takes place in the world of Shin Megami Tensei IV, and it’ll provide you with a multi-story and multi-ending experience as a completely new game.
Players will get to select “Partners” from a group of allies, and each one of them have their own unique skills. For example, Asahi specializes in healing, while Navarre excels in attack-type items and support magic. They’ll help out the protagonist on each turn with their assist. The protagonist and their partners will level up and become stronger as you go through battles. For example, when Asahi levels up, she’ll acquire the ability to heal status ailments. Shin Megami Tensei IV: Final will release in Japan in February 2016 for Nintendo 3DS.
