Level-5 and Koei Tecmo are collaborating together for Yo-kai Watch: Romance of the Three Kingdoms for Nintendo 3DS, an upcoming game that features Jibanyan and friends in strategy game-style. The trailer shows that Jibanyan, Komasan, and friends got sucked into a mysterious book, as their adventure takes them to the world of Sakura Kingdom. The strategy game will feature over 400 different yo-kai characters with a goal of conquest and expanding your army. The game also features up to 4-player online multiplayer. Yo-kai Watch: Romance of the Three Kingdoms will release in Japan on April 2, 2016. Those with save data from Yo-kai Watch Busters will also get a special bonus.
