Beth Kawasaki, Senior Editorial Director at Viz Media, recently revealed in an interview that an English version of Japan’s Pokémon-themed cookbook will be released through Viz Media later this year in December. The Pokémon Cookbook: Easy and Fun Recipes will include recipes for Pikachu ramen, Pokéball sushi rolls, Mashed Meowth Potatoes, among many others.
