At Anime Expo 2016, Aksys announced another Nintendo 3DS eShop game localization. The second Ninja Usagimaru game will be released in North America in fall 2016. It was originally released in Japan on August 26, 2015 as Ninja Usagimaru: The Karakuri Castle.

In the second Ninja Usagimaru game, players help Usagimaru rescue kidnapped villagers from a mechanized castle filled with monsters and traps. Pushing blocks to the proper places, using ninja tools like a glider and grappling hook, and arranging gears to make mechanisms work in your favor are all part of getting through all of the over 60 levels.
