Starting today, Square Enix is counting down the days until the release of Final Fantasy XV with countdown art for the game straight from the art team. Today’s features a young Regis and friends.
Today’s was done by Takeshi Honjo, one of the artists on the team. He describes it as “The heroes that participated in the war that broke out between Lucis and Niflheim during the era of a young King Regis, about 30 years ago.”
The image shows Weskham Armaugh at age 23, Regis Lucis Caelum at age 20, Clarus Amicitia (Gladiolus and Iris’ father) at age 25, and good ol’ Cid at age 47.
