Final Fantasy XIV’s 3.5 Patch, The Far Edge of Fate, Gets An Exhilarating Trailer

Square Enix has released a brand-new trailer for Final Fantasy XIV’s patch 3.5, The Far Edge of Fate, which will be releasing on January 17th.

 

Here’s a look at the official trailer:

 

 

The trailer starts off with a look at the next entry into the Warring Triad series of boss fights, Containment Bay Z1T9 where players will take on Zurvan, the Demon. We also get a glimpse of new Beast Tribe Quests, side story quests, and new gear coming with the patch.

 

Patch 3.5 will also see the inclusion of a new Feast map as well as two new dungeons, Sohm Al (Hard) and Baelsar’s Wall. The new addition to the Mhachi 24-person raids, Dun Scaith, will also be implemented in the patch. Finally, the trailer ends with a brief glimpse into the patch’s main scenario.
