Kingdom Hearts: Unchained χ is getting a major update later this month in Japan that will change the smartphone game’s name to Kingdom Hearts: Union χ [Cross]  with the addition of new content.

 

In Kingdom Hearts: Union χ, players will be introduced to a new mode called Union Cross, that allows them to team up in parties of up to six to take on enemies in quests. There will also be new chapters added with a story that Square Enix says fans of the series should definitely check out.

 

Kingdom Hearts: Union χ launches later this month in Japan for iPhone and Android. You can pre-register for it here for Japan.
