Gintama Rumble Adds Shogun Assassination And Farewell, Shinsengumi Arcs

Bandai Namco shared the latest on Gintama Rumble in this week’s issue of Jump magazine that revealed the addition of the Shogun Assassination and Farewell, Shinsengumi arcs to the story. [Thanks, Zaregoto.]

 

Utsuro who was first introduced in the Farewell, Shinsengumi Arc will appear as a boss character with the ability to teleport and attack from long or close range. The magazine shows a scene with Gintoku shooting a Kamehameha, but more details on that will be revealed int he next issue.

 

Two assist characters were revealed with Hattori Zenzou and Sarutobi Ayame. New costumes for Kondo Isao, Hijikata Toshiro, and Katsura Kotaro were also revealed in the magazine.

 

Gintama Rumble releases in Japan on January 18, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The Asia version releases on the same day for PlayStation 4.
