It sounds like the Final Fantasy series could be getting some kind of idol game, as Square Enix just registered the trademark for “Idol Fantasy” in Japan today. [Thanks, Hachima.] So far we only have the name Idol Fantasy so we can’t say whether it’ll be a Final Fantasy game yet, but it does sound like it’ll be some kind of music game for smartphone or possibly browsers.
