A date has been set for the official launch of Stardew Valley’s multiplayer mode on PCs. It will arrive for every Windows, Mac and Linux user with the game on August 1, 2018. Though, if people want to try it early, the multiplayer beta is live.

To help people get a better idea of what this multiplayer update will do for Stardew Valley, a new trailer has been released. It shows what it is like to farm, fish and explore with others. It also offers glimpses of some of the other newly added content that can be enjoyed alone or with friends.

Stardew Valley is available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One and PC. The multiplayer update will also be coming to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
