Nintendo announced several characters coming to Mario Tennis Aces with Birdo, Shy Guy, Koopa Paratroopa, Petey Piranha as playable characters, with more coming until next June.
There will be a new Co-op Challenge mode as well as unlockable outfits and alternate color schemes for completing objectives while these missions are active. This feature will arrive alongside the new character with the Version 2.0 update on September 19, 2018.
Mario Tennis Aces is available on the Nintendo Switch.
