The next Super Smash Bros. Ultimate event has been announced. From January 25-28, 2019, The More the Merrier will run. This is an event where you will see Spirits that feature more than one character more often. If you fight and defeat them, you will earn more Snacks, which are the items you can use to level up Spirits in the Collection section.
Some of the characters we will definitely see were announced. For example, the three four-star Spirits that will appear were announced. Donkey Kong and Lady will show up at 12am and 12pm each day during the event. Octoling Girl and Boy will appear at 4am and 4pm each day. Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres will be around at 8am and 8pm each day. As for others, you will see Spirits like Frey and Freya, the Rhythm Heaven Wrestler and Reporter, and Mio and Mayu Amakura from Fatal Frame 2.
