Resident Evil 2 98 Classic Costumes Will Appear On February 15, 2019

The three The Ghost Survivors stories won’t be the only free add-on coming to Resident Evil 2 on February 15, 2019. Capcom revealed the 98 Classic Claire and Leon costumes will also appear that day. On Twitter, the company revealed the launch date, shared two images, and confirmed the outfits will be free. (In Japan, these initially are PlayStation Store card bonuses and won’t be doled out until March 2019.)

The Claire 98 and Leon 98 outfits give both characters polygonal looks. Each one is reminiscent of their outfits from the original Resident Evil 2, which debuted back on the PlayStation in 1998. This means they are also each in their original outfits when rocking these looks.
