Earlier this week, we learned from the weekly Japanese sales that Bandai Namco’s crossover fighter sold 76,894 copies in its Japanese debut. Media Create provided some additional info with an update.
According to the update, Jump Force sold through 80.53% of its initial shipment, suggesting that it got plenty of support from fans of its many Shonen Jump series.
However, Media Create points out that there’s also been a lot of players voicing their dissatisfaction on parts such as its long loading times and other parts of the game, so they predict that it would be difficult to keep selling long-term unless given proper continuous support from Bandai Namco.
Jump Force is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
