Record of Grancrest War: Quartet Conflict, the smartphone spinoff based on the anime series, will be shut down in all regions including the English version on June 20, 2019.
The game began service on June 7, 2018 in Japan, meaning that the game will only have lasted just over a year before the shutdown. The English version fared even worse, having launched in Fall 2018. Here’s Bandai Namco’s post regarding the issue:

It is with our deepest regret that we announce that Record of Grancrest: Quartet Conflict is shutting down on June 20, 2019.
We will be keeping the servers open until then, so please continue to enjoy Record of Grancrest: Quartet Conflict until the very end.
