Hideo Kojima Could Be Teasing A New Death Stranding Trailer

Recommended Videos

A new Death Stranding trailer, or at the very least bit of information on the game, could be on the way. Hideo Kojima took to Twitter to post not one, but two images of a workspace with what appears to be a Death Stranding title card from a video on one of them. However, he deleted the first image to replace it with a tweet showing a second picture that obscures some information. (Thanks, Resetera!)

No text accompanied either image. All people see are two monitors. The closer of the two has the Death Stranding logo on it, while the one in the background has some sort of program running. (It could be some music creation software.)

A tweet with the original image shared by Kojima has appeared online. Someone saved a copy of the one he had deleted and asked him why he cut off a portion of the picture that offered a timestamp for the video on the monitor.

Prior to the Death Stranding tease, Kojima posted a picture of a figure of himself in front of what seems to be the same computer in the tweet showing the game’s logo. This same figure appeared in the background of pictures he shared showing off the figma of Sam, the game’s main character.

Death Stranding is in development for the PlayStation 4. The last time Kojima talked about the game was at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 25, 2019. He appeared with Norman Reedus, who plays Sam in the game, at a Tribeca Games Presents: Hideo Kojima with Norman Reedus panel.
