Devil May Cry Nintendo Switch Port Announced

The Nintendo Switch is getting its first Devil May Cry game. A port of the original game that kicked it all off will be coming to the console in Summer 2019. Capcom revealed the announcement on Twitter with an image of Dante.

No details were revealed about the port. It is unknown if it will be based on the original or the one found in the Devil May Cry HD Collection available on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. No screenshots or trailer was offered.

Devil May Cry introduces Dante, Trish, and Vergil. Trish comes to Dante, a demon hunter, and tells him that Mundus, the devil who killed his mother and brother, is going to be coming back. Dante heads to his castle to get his revenge.

 

Devil May Cry is available on the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. It will come to the Nintendo Switch in Summer 2019.
