DeNA Partners With The Pokémon Company For A “New And Exciting” Pokémon Smartphone Game

DeNA revealed in its fiscal year 2018’s operating results that they’re partnering with The Pokémon Company for what they’re called a “new and exciting” Pokémon smartphone game.

According to DeNA, the plan is to launch this new and exciting smartphone game based on the popular Pokémon series this fiscal year, so that means by March 31, 2020. More information about the game, its launch timing, and other details will be announced later.

 

Not including the various non-gaming apps, the Pokémon series currently has five smartphone games with Pokémon GO, Pokémon Shuffle, Pokémon  Quest, Pokémon  Duel, and Pokémon: Magikarp Jump.
