Sengoku Basara: Battle Party was announced earlier this week as a new smartphone game for the series, and we got a first look at how it plays with a new gameplay trailer from Capcom.

The game boasts the most warlords ever in the series, and you’ll be working with many of them to put together your own parties. There’s a bonding system that enhances friendly warlords with each other, and plenty of the series’ iconic flashy action shown in combat. In addition to bonding the warlords, they can also be powered up through training.

As always, the story is about aiming to become the ruler through national power and unification. The game offers plenty of voiced dialogue, including a bunch of fun scenes  between some of your favorite warlords.

Players will get to communicate with friends and other players via chat, and more. There’s also a ranking system with all kinds of different rankings for you to check out.

Sengoku Basara: Battle Party lauches for iOS and Android in Japan in June 2019.
