Fans who were looking forward to getting in on the latest yo-kai fun in early June will have to wait a little longer, as Level-5 announced that Yo-kai Watch 4 has been delayed by a couple weeks in Japan.

The game was initially slated for a June 6, 2019 release but it will now be coming out on June 20, 2019. Level-5 says the reason for the delay is for further quality improvements so that all players can enjoy the game without any worries.

Yo-kai Watch 4 releases for Nintendo Switch in Japan on June 20, 2019. GeGeGe no Kitaro will also make a guest appearance in the game.
