Dragon Quest Builders 2 DLC Priced And Dated

Dragon Quest Builders 2′s western launch is upon us, with the game making its way to other regions on July 12, 2019. Now, ahead of launch, the DLC situation has been addressed. The game’s add-ons will be sold alone or via a season pass in other regions, and the release dates for each one has been provided.

 

The season pass will be $20.99/€20.99. The Knickknack Pack will be free, a Hotto Stuff Pack will be $5.99/€5.99, and the Aquarium and Modernist Packs will be $9.99/€9.99 each. 

 

Here are the official descriptions and release dates for the Dragon Quest Builder 2 DLC packs.

 

  • Knickknack Pack: This free pack includes three recipes to create a Pretty Paddle, Celebratory Soup and Ornate Adornment so players can celebrate every New Year with some Hotto flair. It will be released on July 26, 2019.
  • Hotto Stuff Pack: This pack includes more than 40 recipes to design and decorate structures that look similar to the Hotto Steppe – a popular resting area in a distant land where weary visitors can take a break from their travels. Players will also get access to an additional island to gather the materials they’ll need to build these recipes. It will be released on July 26, 2019.
  • Aquarium Pack: Check the mailbox on the Isle of Awakening to discover a fishing island with a net full of quests and characters to meet. Learn how to catch 40 different fish that can be added to a DIY aquarium. Unlock the fishing rod as well as customization options, including swimwear, straw hats and a ponytail hairstyle. It will be released on August 2, 2019.
  • Modernist Pack: This pack includes more than 70 different recipes to construct modern-looking structures, or change hairstyles and clothing. Players can take their architectural skills to the next level by building a fashionable luxury hotel. It will be released on August 9, 2019.

 

Dragon Quest Builders 2 will be available on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in North America on July 12, 2019. It is immediately available in Japan.
