Dragon Quest: Your Story, the upcoming 3DCG movie adaptation of Dragon Quest V, got eight new screenshots and a comment from the hero’s voice actor suggesting a renewed battle of the heavenly brides among fans. [Thanks, Movie Natalie.]
We’ve already seen Bianca and Nera, two characters you can choose as the hero’s bride in Dragon Quest V, so fans have wondered how things will play out in the movie, where they both make appearances.
Takeru Satoh, who is voicing the main hero, shared a comment about the two brides: “Being able to choose a bride is one of the best parts of the game, and when I saw how it is being written for the movie I thought ‘So that’s how they’re doing it!’ and I really hope you all get to watch it and see for yourself. I expect the ‘waifu war’ to unfold once again after people watch the movie.”
