Final Fantasy XIV is getting its new Shadowbringers expansion soon, and Square Enix is set to release three animated ads with the first one titled “Choose Your Life” that is now available to check out.
The Choose Your Life ad focuses on being the type of hero you want to be in Final Fantasy XIV, be it one that likes to explore and find treasure, take nice photos to become an influencer, a jockey that is looking to race others in Chocobo Racing, or even a leader who will help take down giant robots and such.
The animated ad was directed and produced by Yuhei Sakuragi and Kitaro Kosaka, voided by Kana Ueda. The second animated ad will be revealed on June 27 and a third one on July 2, 2019. We also recently got an ad featuring Spider-Man actor Tom Holland and comedian Hannibal Buress.
Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PlayStation 4 and PC.The Shadowbringers expansion releases July 2, 2019 with early-access starting June 28, 2019. In case you missed it, there’s a campaign with Amazon to get a Black Fat Chocobo. The first expansion free through June 27, 2019.
