We’ve seen a teaser from Aquaplus for a new Utawarerumono game, and today it’s been officially announced as the series’ first smartphone game, Utawaerumono: Lost Flag.
According to Famitsu, it features a new protagonists Akuta and new heroine Minagi, and the story is a completely original one that includes several other new characters.
Players will get to recruit familiar faces from the series, but more details on that are expected to be revealed later. While waiting, Aquaplus kicked off a pre-registration campaign via its official Twitter account.
Utawarerumono: Lost Flag is in development for iOS and Android.
