Samurai Shodown Adds Free DLC Fighter Shizumaru Hisame On September 16

SNK announced last month that Samurai Shodown DLC fighter Shizumaru Hisame arrives as a free character sometime in September and we now have a date of September 16, 2019.

Additional DLC characters are expected to arrive monthly with Basara in October, Kazuki Kazama in November, and Wan-Fu in December 2019. You can check out more on the DLC fighters in our previous report.

Samurai Shodown is available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It’ll release for Nintendo Switch in Japan on December 12, 2019 and PC this winter.
