Square Enix shared the latest batch of screenshots for Final Fantasy VII Remake to show us more of Midgar, along with some additional footage from TGS 2019, and a first look at the North American package art. First, here’s new gameplay footage where we see Cloud, Tifa, and Aerith take on the Abzu boss fight. Here are some character renders and screenshots: Tifa Lockhart

Next up, here are new screenshots showing more of the Sector 7 Slums and the Seventh Heaven bar. We also get to see more from Cloud, Tifa, Barret, and Aerith in action with battle screenshots, a look at magic, summons, Materia system, Limit Breaks, and more:

In addition to the powerful Limit Breaks, you can also do things like attack the enemy to fill up their Burst Gauge that makes them unable to take any action while taking extra damage for a period of time.
Characters all have their own unique abilities like Cloud’s Burst Slash that helps increase the target’s Burst Gauge. 
When you find yourself in a pinch on one character you can help by switching to another with the D-pad. However, you can also instruct party members using Party Commands with the L2 and R2 buttons, so you won’t be required to change characters. Lastly, here’s a look at the North American box art:
