HoYoVerse set the date and time for the 3.8 Honkai: Star Rail Special Program, and the next stream airs this week. It will appear at 3:30am PT/6:30am ET on December 5, 2025. As usual, we will be able to watch it on either YouTube or Twitch.
The teaser for the 3.8 update also included three characters that we might see return on the Honkai: Star Rail banners for that patch. First is the Annihilation Gang member Constance, who is also known as The Dahlia. She is an entirely new Nihility unit that deals fire damage when she attacks. Drip marketing first revealed her back in October 2025. It also looks like we could see the return of Firefly and Robin.

In 3.7 of Honkai: Star Rail, we saw the end of the Amphoreus storyline, the debut of Cyrene as a playable character, and rerun banners for many Chrysos Heirs. Even now, we have chances to get Cipher, Mydei, and Phainon again until December 16, 2025.
Honkai: Star Rail is available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the 3.8 Special Program stream airs at 3:30am PT/6:30am ET on December 5, 2025. The update is expected to arrive on December 17, 2025.
