7.5 FFXIV Patch Part 1 and 2 Release Dates Set

The 7.5 Final Fantasy XIV Letter from the Producer Live XCI (91) aired today, and Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida and Global Community Producer Toshio “Foxclon” Murouchi shared the release date for when Part 1 will be in FFXIV and a release window for part 2. The first part shows up on April 28, 2026. There will be a long gap between these two updates to the MMORPG, so the second part will arrive in “early” September 2026. There will also be follow up Letter from the Producer Live presentations to cover additions.

While there isn’t a full roadmap noting when different elements and additions, so we don’t know if some will appear right when 7.5 Part 1 launches or if some will be part of 7.51 or 7.52, here’s a quick list of what to expect in the order they were announced:

  • New Main Scenario Quests appear.
  • Dawntrail Allied Society Capstone Quests will launch. 
  • Inconceivably Further Hildibrand Adventures storyline continues. 
  • New Custom Deliveries for Tiisol Ja show up. 
  • Duty Support for The Dusk Vigil and Shisui of the Violet Tides arrives.
  • The PVP updates include series 11 launching, action adjustments, and a new Crystalline Conflict arena called Archeia Harmonias. 
  • The Clyteum Dungeon will be available to explore. 
  • The FFXI crossover Echoes of Vana’diel Part 3: Windurst the Third Walk starts and features Shantotto. 
  • The Enuo Normal and Extreme Trial can be challenged. 
  • Shinryu’s Domain (Unreal) launches.
  • A new Ultimate raid will debut.
  • Phantom Weapons enhancement quests can be undertaken. 
  • We can head to the Occult Crescent: North Horn area.
  • A Beastmaster limited job can be learned.
  • Thavnair Ocean Fishing route opens. 
  • Cosmic Exploration will include Auxesia as a location. 
  • Housing updates include new placement limits, new interior fixtures and new armoire storage options. 
  • Consolidated dyes will make customization easier.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the 7.5 Part 1 patch release date for FFXIV is April 28, 2026.
