You can get the Immortal series of materials from enemies such as Abundance Sprite: Golden Hound, Disciples of Sanctus Medicus: Ballistarius, and Mara-Struck Soldiers. These enemies are abundant on the Xianzhou Luofu and Simulated Universe and through Assignments. As for Gelid Chitins, you can get them from Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Icicle. This boss is in Cloudford on the Xianzhou Luofu.
In total, if you want to fully build your Ruan Mei in Honkai: Star Rail, the Ascension Materials you’ll need to set aside are 15 Immortal Scionettes, 15 Immortal Aeroblossoms, 15 Immortal Lumintwigs, 65 Gelid Chitins, and 308,000 Credits.
How to Level Up Ruan Mei’s Traces in Honkai: Star Rail
To fully level up a Trace for Ruan Mei, excluding her Basic Attack, you will need:
- 3 Harmonic Tunes.
- 15 Ancestral Hymns.
- 30 Stellaris Symphonies.
- 9 Immortal Scionettes.
- 13 Immortal Aeroblossoms.
- 7 Immortal Lumintwigs.
- 3 Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster.
- 2 Tracks of Destiny.
- 652,500 Credits.
As mentioned earlier, you can get Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster from the Echo of War: Borehole Planet’s Old Crater boss. This is available in the Seclusion Zone on Herta Space Station, and you can access it after completing the Trailblaze Continuance “Crown of the Mundane and Divine.”
Both Ruan Mei’s Skill and her Ultimate are her priority, as they’re where the bulk of her utility come from. You can level them up in tandem and then work on her Talent afterward. You really do not need to spend any of your precious resources on her Basic Attack. Under ideal circumstances, Ruan Mei will never need to use them since her Ice DMG comes from Weakness Breaks instead.
Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. You can only pull for Ruan Mei in Honkai: Star Rail when the “Floral Triptych” Character Event Warp is active.
