As long as Nowa is at a certain level in Eiyuden Chronicle, you should have no problem beating and recruiting Aire.

How to Beat Aire in Eiyuden Chronicle

Once you finish the events in Euchrisse in Eiyuden Chronicle and before heading to the Great Sandy Sea, it’s a good idea to head back to Hishahn to recruit Aire. She’s pretty easy to add to your crew if Nowa’s level is high enough.

How do I beat Aire in a race in Eiyuden Chronicle?

You’ll find Aire right beside the bottom-most southeast exit. Walk up to her and talk to her. I highlighted her position on the map.

Aire will recognize Nowa and realize this is when he would ask her to join. However, she won’t join unless he beats her in a race around town.

This won’t be an actual race. Rather, it seems to be tied to Nowa’s speed stat. When I met Aire, he was at level 36 and had a speed stat of 136. He beat her, and she immediately joined.

Is Aire good in Eiyuden Chronicle?

Aire isn’t a party member. She’s a support character. If you set her, Nowa will move more quickly around areas. If you’re not okay with his current movement speed, then go ahead and add her, but I think Cassandra is a better support character.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is available on the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
