Voltage and AmuLit announced the release date for its new Switch otome game, and Neon Clash: Echoes of the Lost will debut worldwide on December 11, 2025. It also shared a new trailer showcasing the game’s opening movie and theme song. Said song is sung by Shihoko Hirata, who is well known for her work with Persona 4 and its offshoots.
Like past AmuLit games such as The Red Bell’s Lament and Even if Tempest, Neon Clash is designed to be a Switch otome game with a storyline involving mafia families. It’s a futuristic story, compared to previous ones from the company in fantasy settings that are more like period pieces. Kroa Liu would have been the heir to the Liu Family, had it still existed, but now she works a courier in a gritty city. When she meets Gante Lowd, who was the only Liu Family member to survive and wants to restart it, it seems like there’s a chance to revive an organization. Other possible love interests include Hiyok Zhang, Mun Sodyk, and Maslo Sun.
As for the opening and its theme song, Shihoko Hirata sings a track called “Shangri-La.” That video also highlights all of the love interests and some of the other people Kroa will encounter as she gets pulled back into the mafia life.
In addition to the original Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden, Shihoko Hirata sang songs for spin-offs like Persona 4 Arena, Persona 4 Dancing, and Persona Q. She appeared on the soundtrack for that game’s anime adaptations too.
Neon Clash: Echoes of the Lost will come to the Nintendo Switch on December 11, 2025, and there’s no word about an English physical release of the Voltage and AmuLit otome game.
