HoYoVerse held the the 3.7 Honkai: Star Rail Special Program stream on October 24, 2025, and this next patch will both add Cyrene as a playable five-star character and end the Amphoreus Trailblaze Mission story. Everything will start on November 5, 2025.
Cyrene will play a major part in the end of the Amphoreus story, which helps also explain why she’s the only new character debuting in Honkai: Star Rail 3.7. Spoilers aside, everyone from the Astral Express on the planet is now working alongside the Chrysos Heirs characters they met during the story to save the day.
As for banners, they will work differently this patch. Cyrene, the five-star Ice Remembrance character, will be available between November 5, 2025 and December 16, 2025. Castorice, Hyacine, and Tribbie reruns will be present between November 5-26, 2025. Cipher, Mydei, and Phainon reruns will return between November 26, 2025 and December 16, 2025. Everyone also gets a Golden Companion Spirit as a free gift for logging in between 3.7’s start on November 5, 2025, and then the end of 4.0. Also, Topaz and Numby will be the new character in the Exchange Shop.

This means that two HoYoVerse games will sort of feature the same new character at the same time. Cyrene in Honkai: Star Rail is an expy of Elysia from Honkai Impact 3rd, as many of the Chrysos Heirs are based on that game’s Flame Chasers. The Elysia Hi! Love Elf Battlesuit debuted in Honkai Impact 3rd 8.5 this week.
There will also be a Honkai: Star Rail special promotion starting alongside 3.7. Crunchyroll members get rewards, and players of the game can get a free two-week Mega Fan trial.
Honkai: Star Rail is available on the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and Cyrene and Chrysos Heirs banners will arrive alongside the Amphoreus story conclusion in 3.7 on November 5, 2025.
